Clifton CC Road Race Day - 30th June 2013As last year we will be using the Milby circuit near Boroughbridge and working with community traffic management specialists to secure police and highway authority approvals and ensure safe racing on the day. The event will be run on Sunday 30th June. There will be two events:-LVRC Road Race for Veterans - 10.00amA/B, C/D, E/F/G/H - Race distance all categories 5¾ laps = 54 miles.BC Regional A Road Race for 2nd/3rd/4th/W/J Categories - 13.30pmRace distance = 54 miles / 86km. Race Headquarters & RefreshmentsRace HQ Aldborough Village Hall, Low Road, Aldborough, Boroughbridge, YORK YO51 9ER. Please be considerate if parking in the village. Refreshments will be served after each event with donations to charity - please bring some change!The BC event is being administered through the British Cycling website event management system and the race organiser is Cameron Brooks. The LVRC event entry details are listed in the LVRC handbook, available as a download from the LVRC website, and the event organiser is Phil Bixby. Clifton members are encouraged to put the date in their diary - help on the day will be gratefully received.
