Chaingang. Meet on the B1224 Wetherby Road just outside the ring road for a very fast training ride.
Approx 30 miles @ 20 mph.

- Fairly easy routes about 90 minutes in length just during Summer months.
Meet 7pm Coneysthorpe Crossroads layby (SE707712)
No official leader just organise on the discussion board weekly.

- Social ride. 40-50 miles with a cafe stop. Meet 10am Exhibition Square and ask for Kevin.

- Three to four hour training ride, brisk pace but not mad (~16-18mph average depending on the time of year/distance).
In the summer this ride is ad-hoc depending on who is racing/around. Check on the discussion board first.
